Team Performance Training
ROCK Institute specializes in designing and implementing team performance programs that are comprehensive, progressive, and purposeful. All athletes engage in sport and position specific strength and conditioning, multidirectional speed and agility work, as well as explosive power training. RI also focuses on educating the coaches and athletes on movement efficiency as well as proper technique, form, and biomechanics in order to keep the athletes healthy and productive. RI establishes a fun and competitive environment that promotes unity, teamwork, and progress critical for success in every sport. Our ROCK Trainers help achieve this by providing a positive, motivating, and knowledgeable presence to help encourage athletes to maximize their talents and reach their full potential. Team training sessions can easily and fluidly be conducted at the teams training facility or RI’s state of the art facility.
