Specialized Group Training
Group training has become increasingly popular over the last several years. The group setting adds an element of accountability and community to every workout which helps to motivate and inspire. It allows individuals of all ages and ability levels to rally together, encourage each other, and pool their energy collectively. At ROCK Institute, we believe this is one of the most effective and gratifying ways to work towards your health and fitness goals! However, we believe that workouts should address each individual’s specific needs and goals; not just wear everyone out with the same workout. This is why we have designed our specialized group training program which allows up to 10 people with different goals, body types, ages and ability levels to workout cohesively and effectively with individualized training programs at the same time. RIs model allows for intense yet purposeful training that accelerates individuals towards their specific health and fitness goals while building camaraderie through a group setting.
