After seeing a few doctors at Kaiser, who said I may need surgery, I was referred to ROCK Institute. Rock Institute and Brent truly changed my life. Not only did I not need surgery... but the techniques they performed fixed my knee without any invasive procedures. And I was able to run again (with no pain) after less then 2 weeks of therapy. For anyone in pain or suffering with any type of injury I will always recommend Rock Institute over your typical & traditional Physical Therapy.
Thank you ROCK Team!
- Christina El Moussa | Mom & Celebrity
For years I have trained at ROCK Institute. Everyday I went in there was an amazing experience, and I genuinely looked forward to my time with any of the trainers. The facilities were always spotless and every time I went in there I left feeling stronger than when I stepped in the door."
- Jack Wyett | Volleyball
"The services of ROCK Institute are invaluable for the Track & Field athlete because it is a sport riddled with acute injuries that escalate into more serious injuries. Without their help I believe I would still be dealing with the injuries I incurred in 2006 today, let alone, still rehabbing my metatarsal."
- Jon Rankin | 2008 TEAM USA | #13 World's Fastest Miler
"I believe that ROCK Institutes non-invasive approach to correcting soft-tissue injuries and the training of athletes will ultimately become the standard for every serious athlete seeking better tools for addressing performance and the most prolific problems they face - soft tissue injuries!"
