Robert A. Concolino

Relational Consultant
& Strategist

Robert Austin Concolino was born and raised in Long Beach, CA. He graduated in 1970 from the University of Southern California (USC), received his Jurist Doctor Degree (J.D.) from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1973 and became a Certified Family Law Specialist, (C.F.L.S.) in 1981.

Robert has practiced Law since admission to the California State Bar in 1973, and within a few years settled into a full time Family Law Practice. Over the last twenty years, Robert has evolved into serving as a Relational Consultant and Strategist, limiting his practice to Consulting, Collaborative Law & Mediation. Mediation is a private and confidential process. A process used by those that have voluntarily AND most admirably elected to avoid the confrontational and adversarial legal system.

Robert’s clients generally face complex property and support issues and/or the delicate emotional issues involving, but not limited to, parenting their children and/or overcoming the obstacles to achieving successful and peaceful communication. Robert, with his unique philosophical style, utilizes his extensive mediation and negotiation experience in serving individuals, couples and business owners who desire to implement the maximum influence over their own lives in a private and neutral setting in an effort to accelerate issue resolution. He intentionally does not engage in actively marketing his services as he prefers that his clients are from referrals, especially from those prior clients that have experienced the magic of the Emotional Diffusion Process (“EDP”).
